How to Return
- Email us at support@strive-commerce.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible)
- Drop off the package at any shipping location
- Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, items should be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, certain products (like pillows or bedding) may need to be unopened unless defective.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process your return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at support@strive-commerce.com with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or process a full refund right away.
